Hi, I'm Patty

Every comeback starts with one choice - to begin.

After my second daughter was born, I made a quiet promise to myself: I was done feeling stuck. Like so many women in our 30s, I had tried it all - running, HIIT, random programs, eating less, swearing I’d “start fresh” every Monday. None of it ever stuck. My energy was gone, my confidence was shot, and I barely recognized the woman in the mirror.

What finally changed everything? Structure. Simplicity. Support. That’s why I built Allez - for the woman who’s been giving everything to everyone else and is finally ready to take her power back.

Allez (pronounced “ah-LAY”) is French for “let’s go.” It’s the rally cry I carried with me from my time living in Geneva, the same one you hear in CrossFit gyms and on the sidelines of races. It’s a call to move forward, to push, to go all in.

Allez isn’t about punishment or restriction. It’s not about living on salads or cutting out food groups. It’s about building a body and lifestyle that actually fit your real life. With progressive strength training, simple nutrition that makes sense, and accountability that won’t let you quit, you finally stop starting over.

I know how hard it feels to make a comeback when you’ve been stuck for years. But I also know what happens when you do: you feel strong, confident, and proud of the woman staring back at you.

If you’re ready for your comeback, I’m here to show you the way.

The Comeback in Motion

From stuck to strong, proof that lasting change begins with one decision to start.

Progress, Not Perfection

This is my journey, and your reminder that every season is a chance to grow stronger.
As a Division 1 swimmer, my life was built around discipline. Every hour was planned—early mornings in the pool, classes, lifting sessions, then back in the pool again. I was strong, fast, and driven, but I never thought about why I moved my body. It was just who I was.

All cardio, all hustle
Post-college, I landed my dream job at Under Armour. Days were long and nights were for cardio with my girlfriends—spin classes, running, anything that promised “skinny.” That year, I met David at the Houston Marathon. Fitness brought us together, but I had no idea then how much that moment would change my life.
CrossFit was brand new, and I was hooked. It was fun, social, and competitive—and David and I loved doing it together. Paleo was the trend, so we dove in: strict, no balance, living for cheat meals. We were in great shape for our 2012 wedding, but we burned out and gained it all back afterward.

NYC and the YOLO era
We moved to New York and found another CrossFit box that became our community. Fitness was there, but food was “YOLO”—walking everywhere, eating out constantly, trying hot yoga, and refusing to even consider tracking macros. I thought, “That’s too hard, too much.”
David’s job took us to Geneva, Switzerland, for six months. Every day I heard “Allez, Allez, Allez!” from French-speaking coaches during CrossFit workouts. Let’s go. Move. Push. That word stuck with me, though I didn’t know why yet.

CrossFit through pregnancy
Pregnant with Margaux, I CrossFitted all the way through—literally until the day I went into labor (what I thought were Braxton Hicks contractions during a wall sit were the real thing!). I thought staying fit would make “bouncing back” easy. I had no idea how hard that next chapter would be.
New mom. Full-time career in Midtown. My world revolved around keeping Margaux safe and happy while keeping my head above water. Fitness was no longer a priority. Mom guilt took over, and I struggled to carve out even 30 minutes for myself.

Pregnant with 2nd daughter/move to ATX
David’s career brought us to Austin. I left corporate NYC behind and tried to eat "healthy" without structure. While pregnant with Bellamy, I did what I could, but the all-or-nothing cycle was still running the show.
Two kids under four, David working from home, my job gone. On Mother’s Day, I saw a photo of myself and barely recognized myself. That day I promised: 30 minutes a day, during nap time, no matter what.

Macros and Momentum
After a year of nap-time workouts, I started tracking macros. It changed everything.
It wasn’t a diet—it was data.
Three months later, I had lost 30 pounds. My clothes fit. My face slimmed. For the first time in years, I felt like me again.
I started lifting heavier and built out a garage gym. Progressive overload transformed my body—rebuilding muscle, curves, and confidence. Friends started asking what I was doing, and I realized I could help them too.

Returning to My Roots
With a kinesiology degree, years of coaching leaders, and a lifetime of athletic grit, I knew it was time to take the leap. Scary? Absolutely. But impossible to ignore. As I pushed myself further, I rediscovered my identity as a coach—this time with a deeper purpose: to help others step into their own strength.
In January, we visited dear friends—entrepreneurs who saw potential in me before I fully saw it in myself. That conversation was the spark. I came home knowing it was time. Allez was born.

Now
Allez isn't just a program; it's the promise I made to myself on Mother's Day 2020, built into a plan for every woman who feels stuck, tired, and ready to take her power back.
