I'd say the most that changed for me was in regards to the information I learned about tracking macros. This was a foreign concept to me but one that I was also inquisitive (and intimidated) about. I learned so much about protein intake and those little tricks about saving calories and fat. It forced me to listen to my body better re: hunger cues, as well.My biggest challenge with the strength training was that I really needed someone in person guiding me more. My goal was to continue to lift heavier and continue to increase my weights. But, I found that when I began increasing the weights on my own, I was truly worried about my form and injuring myself.
